Two Seed Starting Videos

A ridiculously clever video titled Starting from Seed was posted over at vegetablegardener.com. It manages to pare the whole thing down to 3 minutes and 24 seconds (loads fairly quickly, too) - I particularly liked the hint about using a second seed starting tray to tamp down the soilless starting mix in the first tray, both before and after planting the seeds.

Oh! And a new one posted just a couple of days ago! How to Transplant Seedlings, which is equally brilliant. I had never heard of being careful about breathing the dust of dry soil(less) mixes, but I suppose that might be an issue of quantity as he's an ex-landscaper.

I will hopefully be picking up my own starter mix this evening! Is it spring yet?
